Detail: Your session fee is non-refundable.  Each slot allows for up to 2 Children.  If there are more than 2 Children, it is recommended to sign up for 2 sessions. Double booked sessions will have 2 separate galleries. We will NOT combine galleries for ANY reason.   Adults are free and ENCOURAGED to participate since Santa can be scary for some ages.....

Please be advised. Some children DO NOT LIKE SANTA!  The sessions are 15 minutes.  If things are not going well after 7 minutes, we will take Santa out and shoot the child alone on the set.  If you would like a screaming photo at the very end, please let the photographer know!

YOU MUST ARRIVE ON TIME.  IF YOU ARE LATE, THE TIME COMES OUT OF YOUR SESSION.

Can we do an outfit change?--Not for these. We only have one set up and no time for a change.

​

How many photos will I get to choose from? -- That depends on several factors.  If you have been to us before you know we take a ton of photos and we are great at getting your little one to smile!  The time slots are around 15 mins long so that gives us plenty of time to get several shots and different set ups!  Depending on age, our goal is to get anywhere from 20-30 photos for you! Most sessions yield around 40+!  Here are some tips to maximize your shoot:

                                       * Do NOT schedule around nap time.

                                   * Plan to arrive 10 mins early to have your child acclimate to the surroundings.

                                   * Come dressed and ready to shoot!

    *****LATE ARRIVALS WILL HAVE TIME TAKEN OUT OF THEIR OWN SESSION, DECREASING THE AMOUNT OF PHOTOS YOU WILL GET TO CHOOSE FROM******

 

Can I be in the photos with my child?- YES!! We love families being in the photos!  Please make sure your outfit matches! 

 

Do you provide the outfits?-  We do not provide outfits for these sessions.  We recommend that you come dressed and ready to shoot!

 

What age is best?- Every AGE.   Make sure that if your baby is not sitting up yet that you are prepared to be in the photos with them!  If you do not want to--NO PROBLEM!  We have buckets we can prop them up in!

 

Can I bring my dogs?- For in-studio sessions, we do not allow dogs.

Can I sign up from my cell phone?-YES! If you allow pop-ups you will be able to register from your cell phone.  You will just need to pay before your registration is complete.

 

Can I change my appointment time after signing up?-YES! But there is a $10 appointment transfer fee to another Holiday mini session. You will have to call the studio at (469) 364-8200 to change your appointment.  No Refunds.  Transferable amount of $59 only good for regular in-studio sessions if unable to reschedule for another time in this event.  No shows will get ZERO credit.  You must call within 72 hours to be able to transfer or receive your in-studio credit!
